Keep a snapshot of the customer-facing figures before you change the job. Save the project to retain revisions across devices. Recording a revision does not send it.
Review the preview before sharing. This is your business’s quotation, not a confirmed Bifoldsandmore supply offer. Items without a buying cost stay marked “price to confirm”.

Record the checks and who confirmed them. Ticking a box does not submit or approve an order.

Record drawing revisions, installation manuals, performance evidence, warranties and care guides. Add a link to a document you already host, or record its file reference. Files are not uploaded here.
Snagging and handover
Keep a clear record of what needs attention, who owns it and when it was resolved. Photograph any issue and record the photo filename or link.
Mark documents intended for the customer in the Documents tab. Private supplier quotations stay out of the handover export.
