Start with the access problem
If exterior cleaning is difficult, describe the actual location rather than requesting a product by name alone. Fully reversible systems can bring the exterior glass into a position accessible from inside, but suitability depends on the installation, hardware and safe operation. A demonstration of the exact system is particularly valuable.
Check normal use as well as cleaning
The window still needs to work for everyday ventilation, handle reach and the furnished room. Ask how its movement differs from a casement or tilt-and-turn proposal. Include curtains, internal reveals and obstructions in the review, and record who will use and maintain it.
Treat this as a system-specific enquiry
This is not an interchangeable alternative for every opening. Confirm fabricator capability, applicable dimensions, parts support and the proposed fitting method. For a multi-unit property, keep each opening’s requirements and any wider project strategy with the specification.
Apply it to your project
An upper-floor flat has limited external maintenance access. Ask for a reversible and an appropriate alternative proposal, with a demonstrated cleaning procedure for each. Choose the arrangement that can be operated safely in the actual room, not merely the one labelled easy-clean.

Is fully reversible another name for tilt-and-turn?
No. They use different operating arrangements; compare the actual movement and instructions.
Can it eliminate all external maintenance?
No such assumption should be made. Frame interfaces and other exterior elements may still require access.
